Repair Policy

We stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship.

Repairs are assessed individually and may include stitching, hardware replacement, relining, closure repair, or resizing where feasible.

Normal wear is expected with handmade pieces. Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or significant alteration may not be eligible for repair.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Repair pricing and turnaround times vary based on the nature of the work and will be confirmed prior to any service.
