MAST now accepts returns and exchanges on any full price item, excluding face masks, custom orders and sale items.

MAST will exchange or reimburse product within 14 days of purchase.  All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. We require that you email us before sending back any returns.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of return. Funds are credited back using the customer’s original method of payment for the full amount, minus shipping.


All sale items are final sale, this is held without exception. We advise that you do not order sale items if you are a first-time customer or are unsure of sizing. Please contact for questions you may have before purchasing.

No refunds will be permitted on discounted items. This includes any and all items purchased for less than the full retail selling price. Vintage and sample sale items are sold in as-is condition. Any damages will be noted in the description/photo of the item and will be reflected in the price

Discounts and sale prices are not retroactive, may not be applied to previous purchases, and will be honored only while the sale is active. 


We are offering in-store pick up for orders placed online.  To help ensure a contact free pick-up, we will carefully pack your order up and have it ready for you during our pick-up hours.  All persons picking up or coming into the store will need to wear a mask.

Pick up hours are during normal store hours

Make your order online and choose in store pickup as your shipping option.  Otherwise, we continue to offer free standard domestic shipping.

If you are using any Express pay such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal the system will not allow you to choose LOCAL PICK-UP as an option, sorry. This is a Shopify platform rule we cannot override, unfortunately.


All domestic shipping will be done within 1-5 business days of ordering. Typically, we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second-day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our checkout page. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

For International shipments // Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination between the two shipping providers. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
